streamlining a fragmented estate
MOVe Logistics Group wanted to consolidate 9 brands and disparate digital estates to achieve a unified brand. The goal was to launch a new web presence that represented all of the Group’s logistics services, including domestic and international freight, warehousing, specialist lifting and fuel transport.
The consolidation process started with an extensive audit of subsidiaries’ digital architectures, online tools and content. Our UX and technical teams then architectured a new streamlined website structure that is secure, easy to use and representative of the Group.
rolling out a unified brand
We created a digital design system with an existing high-level brand concept. After planning the content architecture and user flows, we designed a clean website that reduces written content. We achieved the goal of representing MOVe Logistics Group as the leading logistics provider they are and making key information easy to access for existing and potential clients, as well as investors.
supporting in-house teams
Our team acted as a sounding board for the internal marketing, sales and IT teams during the whole rebranding process. We helped shape the new structure of MOVe social media and Google My Business profiles, transferring the unified brand to all digital channels.
