Christchurch, New Zealand
The Christchurch earthquakes in September 2010 and February 2011 triggered many responses from key players in the construction and building repair industries. Websites were built almost overnight to help manage the demands of homeowners who urgently needed help and the army of tradespeople and contractors who were drafted into action to make homes weatherproof and liveable.
Fletcher EQR was established as the primary contractor for residential repair work in the city and came to hairyLemon wanting a Service Level Agreement to work on their Drupal website that had been built to manage the immediate need for information and resources.
hairyLemon provides Fletchers EQR with web maintenance, new site functionality and numerous types of other design related work requests including offline print support, posters, invitations, and newsletter collateral, sometimes with a same day turnaround.
We helped EQR extend their efficiency by creating a framework and website management plan to respond to SLA requests, including a weekly catch up to review as and plan for upcoming demands.
