Black Cat Cruises is a well established tourism operator running regular daily trips around Akaroa Harbour, and the ferry service from Lyttelton to Diamond Harbour. Black Cat's most popular product is the Swimming with Dolphins trip in Akaroa - an experience that usually also takes in other forms of marine wildlife and leaves visitors with an unforgettable memory.

Black Cat wanted to move their site to a more flexible and user friendly content management system, and their existing site needed a design update, so hairyLemon's designers, developers and search marketing team were all involved in the process of the new site design and build.

The company has also engaged in social media, developing a strong following on Facebook - making the most of very photogenic subject matter, and regular blog posts. Black Cat also run ongoing PPC advertising to help highlight specific products and remind local and international visitors that Akaroa is very much open for business.
