Keraplast Technologies

Keraplast is a San Antonio, Texas based corporation that specialises in products for skin, hair and healing derived from keratin. The technology to extract keratin from sheep's wool has been developed here in New Zealand by Keraplast subsidiary Keratec, and is currently being used as an ingredient in high quality products around the world.

Keratec had their original website built by hairyLemon some years ago and came back to us when the company restructured to have a new website designed and built.

The new site was built in Joomla and incorporates WordPress functionality. One of the primary objectives of the website was to convey a strong corporate image to Keraplast's target audience, and convey accurate, detailed information about the quality and benefits of their patented form of keratin. In addition to the main corporate site, hairyLemon also built the Keratin Questions blog to target hairdressers and the public, providing relevant, accurate information about keratin technology.

hairyLemon's online marketing team continues to work with Keraplast, assisting with the development of web content, blog posts, online public relations and digital marketing strategy to help achieve the company's objectives in the marketing of its unique technology, as well as supporting the launch of Keraplast developed product ranges.
