Solid Energy is a major New Zealand energy company and a leading producer of high quality coal for export and for New Zealand markets.

Solid Energy has a number of sites for their different products, including Biodiesel, Switch Energy Solutions, and their Coal NZ corporate site. They were looking for one central solution to run all of the sites.

Using our content management system, one site administrator can now update all of the sites, with administration rights set on a site by site basis. hairyLemon consulted closely with Solid Energy's advertising company, providing guidance on navigation, web standards, and what was and wasn't achievable within the constraints of HTML coding and a content management system.

hairyLemon's traffic team also focused on generating more traffic to the Switch Energy site, to raise awareness of environmentally friendly pellet fuel fire options and solar tube technology.
