Background
Solid Energy is a major New Zealand energy company and a leading producer of high quality coal for export and for New Zealand markets.
The Challenge
Solid Energy has a total of four sites for their different products, including Nature’s Flame (Pellet Fires and Pellet Fuel), Biodiesel, Switch Energy Solutions, and their corporate site. They were looking for one central solution to run all of the sites.
The Solution
Using the AssetNow content management system, one site administrator can now update all of the sites, with administration rights set on a site by site basis. HairyLemon consulted closely with Solid Energy’s advertising company - G & A Nelson, providing guidance on navigation, web standards, and what was and wasn’t achievable within the constraints of HTML coding and a content management system.
